Fusion is a powerful multipurpose supplement designed for endurance athletes who want to stay lean and energized. It allows you to manage weight effectively while keeping your performance on point.

With a potent blend of natural stimulants and adaptogens, Fusion improves fat oxidation, boosts VO2 max and reduces stress — ideal for athletes who want to lose excess weight and increase overall endurance.

Why adaptogens? Workout related stress is a major factor affecting both weight loss and performance. During training, rising stress levels increase cortisol, which slows fat loss and hinders performance.  Fusion’s powerful adaptogen blend helps overcome these workout stress-related challenges, enabling you to lose weight faster and maintain peak energy.

Become leaner and faster with Fusion in just 2 weeks!

Who should take Fusion?
Fusion is formulated for endurance athletes aiming to improve VO2 max and increase fat metabolism. It can also help reduce stress, improve focus, and increase ATP production. We also offer other adaptogen supplements formulated to target different benefits, such as improved sleep or increased testosterone.

How long is a cycle of Fusion?
A cycle of Fusion is three months. After one cycle, we recommend taking a three to four week break from taking Fusion.

Why do I need to take a break after one cycle of Fusion?
Cycling adaptogens helps prevent your body from developing tolerance and improves their long-term effectiveness.

How long until I notice results from Fusion?
The fat-burning benefits of Fusion are typically evident after one week of use, and VO2 max benefits after two weeks. However, individual responses may vary. Also note that it usually takes longer to see results in athletes over 65 years of age.

Can I take Fusion in the evening?
Fusion contains stimulants, including caffeine, which can interfere with sleep. We recommend taking Fusion at least 4 hours before bedtime. If you are sensitive to stimulants, it is best to take it in the morning or afternoon. If you want an adaptogen formula that does not contain stimulants, Absolute may be a better option for you.

Can Fusion be taken before strength training?
Yes, Fusion can support strength sessions as well as endurance training.

Where is Fusion made?
Fusion is manufactured in Slovenia. Ingredients are primarily sourced from the EU. Some ingredients may be sourced outside of the EU. In these cases, we follow rigorous quality control to ensure the safety and purity of all ingredients.

Does Fusion work?
Supplements like Fusion are supportive, not magical. Fusion is an aid to enhance your results. Hard training and proper nutrition are still key.

How long do Fusion’s effects last after finishing a bottle?
Some athletes continue to notice benefits after they stop taking Fusion, while others may experience a gradual decline in benefits. It depends on factors such as the athlete’s lifestyle, physiology, diet, and individual response.

Does Fusion increase lung capacity?
Not directly. VO2 max measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen, not lung size. Fusion supports oxygen utilization, which contributes to better performance.

Are there independent studies on Fusion?
There are no independent studies on the exact adaptogen combination in Fusion. Scientific studies cost a lot of money and, as this is a relatively new field, independent funding is not yet available. However, there are numerous studies on individual adaptogens, many of which are very positive.
4Endurance has conducted internal studies that have shown positive results and progress in test subjects. These included professional athletes who took part in major competitions.
However, we do not publish or refer to these studies, as they represent too small a sample, were conducted under ideal conditions, and, above all, were not independent or peer-reviewed. Ultimately, they could also be described as anecdotal.

Why aren’t I losing weight on Fusion?
Results with Fusion vary by individual. Some effects may appear within one or two weeks, while more noticeable changes usually take several weeks. No supplement is magic — regular exercise and a healthy diet are key to achieving results.

How many servings of Fusion can I take per day?
For best results and to avoid unwanted side effects, we do not recommend taking more than one serving (3 capsules) of Fusion per day.

Can I take Fusion on rest days?
For best results, Fusion should be taken on rest and training days. On rest or non-training days, take three capsules in the morning.

Is Fusion vegan / allergen-free / gluten-free?
Fusion is vegan and gluten-free. It does not contain common allergens like dairy or soy. If you have other allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredients list before use.

How should I adjust my dose if I’m sensitive to stimulants?
The normal recommended dosage of Fusion is three capsules. If you are sensitive to stimulants, we recommend starting with a lower dosage of one or two capsules to see how your body reacts.

Can Fusion be taken with medication?
Some combinations are safe, but avoid using Fusion with antihypertensives and blood thinners. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Can Fusion be taken with antidepressants?
Fusion contains Rhodiola, which contains compounds that can act on serotonin and dopamine pathways, potentially raising the risk of serotonin syndrome when taken in combination with serotonergic antidepressants (such as SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAOIs). However, the dosage present in Fusion is extremely low and is generally not sufficient to significantly affect these neurochemical pathways. Because of this, it should be safe to take Fusion with antidepressants. However, always consult with your doctor before taking supplements.

Can Fusion be combined with other products?
Fusion can be used with some other supplements and nutrition products, such as most fueling gels and drinks, protein and recovery products, creatine, fat burners, collagen, and vitamins and minerals. However, care should be taken when combining Fusion with other products that contain adaptogens or stimulants. See our Adaptogen Usage Guide for more information.

Is Fusion WADA compliant?
Yes. Fusion is free from banned substances, regularly checked, and manufactured in a GMP-approved facility with highest ISO 22000 standard. Furthermore, our suppliers also have a certificate confirming that their products are free of impurities.

Can minors use Fusion?
Fusion is not recommended for minors because it contains caffeine and adaptogens. Adaptogens can influence stress hormones, thyroid function, and sex hormones, which are particularly sensitive during growth and development.

What are the side effects of Fusion?
Fusion contains stimulants, including caffeine. Even though it also contains L-theanine to balance the effects of caffeine, Fusion may still cause some side effects in people sensitive to stimulants. These side effects may include increased sweating, jitteriness, increased heart rate, upset stomach, or increased anxiety.
If you are sensitive to stimulants, we recommend you start with a lower dosage of Fusion to see how your body reacts.
Some people report a loss of libido after taking supplements containing rhodiola. If you suspect that this can be the case, please stop taking Fusion.

Can Fusion cause stomach issues?
In some cases, some adaptogens can cause mild GI upset, diarrhea, or heartburn, especially on an empty stomach. Take it during or after a meal if needed. Discontinue use if symptoms persist and consult your doctor.

Can I drink alcohol while taking Fusion?
Consuming alcohol in moderation while taking Fusion should be safe. However, it should be done with caution. Fusion contains stimulants, which may mask alcohol’s sedative effects, leading to increased alcohol consumption and risk of alcohol poisoning or accidents. Alcohol may also counteract some of the benefits of Fusion, such as reducing stress. Further, the effects of combining adaptogens and alcohol have not been well-studied, so it could pose other risks.
