On a training day, take 4 capsules 30 to 45 minutes before exercise.

Meine VO2Max ist in den letzten drei Wochen im Marathontraining um 2 Punkte gestiegen, ich laufe bei schnellerer Pace mit gleichem Puls.
Einzig das sehr starke Prickeln unter der Haut/leichtes schwitzen ist etwas unangenehm, bei der Wirkung aber zu verkraften. Mein Magen verträgt das Produkt leider nicht so gut, unerwünschte Laufstopps sind bei fast jedem Training dabei. Das hatte ich mich anderen Pre-Workout-Produkten bislang nicht.

Das Prickeln unter der Haut ist eine völlig normale und unbedenkliche Reaktion auf das enthaltene Beta-Alanin. Wegen der Magenprobleme tut es uns allerdings sehr leid! Um den Magen zu schonen, empfehlen wir, die Dosis vorerst zu halbieren oder das Pulver mit etwas mehr Wasser und nicht auf ganz leeren Magen einzunehmen. Oft hilft das enorm, um Magenstopps beim Laufen zu vermeiden. Weiterhin viel Erfolg bei deiner Marathonvorbereitung!

It took a while before I could feel the effects of Absolute. In the period leading up to my race I could feel the increasing effects and on race day Absolute worked as expected. I have already ordered a new delivery for my next challenge

Provato secondo le indicazioni e già dopo qualche giorno ho iniziato a percepire una migliore respirazione. L'ho provata per la mia prima ultratrail da 76km e 4700m di dislivello (DXT 72K) e la respirazione per l'intera gara non è mai stata un problema così come la fatica che si è presentata molto più avanti del solito. Una distanza così era la mia prima esperienza e per come purtroppo non ero riuscito ad allenarmi nel modo corretto, penso che quasi sicuramente senza l'Absolute preso non sarei riuscito ad arrivare alla fine della gara. Durch die Einnahme bin ich fast beschwerdefrei beim laufen. Normalerweise habe ich die ersten km Luftnot und muss viel husten.
Das fällt jetzt fast komplett weg.
