Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over £50 to mainland UK. For orders under £50 to mainland UK, the shipping costs vary depending on the carrier:

  • Evri Standard (1–3 working days): £4.99
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £12.99 

Different rates apply for the following locations:

Northern Ireland & British Forces (BFPO):

  • Free delivery on orders over £100
  • Evri Standard (1–3 working days): £6.99
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £12.99

Isle of Man (IM):

  • Free delivery on orders over £10
  • Evri Standard (2–4 working days): £12.99

Channel Islands (Jersey JE & Guernsey GY):

  • Flat rate on all orders
  • Evri Standard (1–3 working days): £14.99
  • DPD Express (1–2 working days): £19.99

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is £9.95. We will not ship orders below this amount.

Delivery Time

We will ship your order within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location. 

Do you offer expedited shipping or same-day delivery?
We offer express shipping with DPD Express. Express orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next day. Delivery time for express shipping is 1–2 working days. Express shipping is not available for the Isle of Man.

Shipping FAQs

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. It is also not possible to combine multiple orders into one parcel.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
No. At this time, it is not possible to schedule delivery for a specific date.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
First, check your tracking information to see the current status of your parcel. Then have a look around your property — including any usual delivery spots — and check with neighbours or household members. This is especially important if you gave the courier permission for contactless delivery. If you still can’t locate your order, please contact our support team at info@4endurance.co.uk.

Why didn’t I get the confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@4endurance.co.uk.

Why is my parcel marked as delivered even though I did not receive it?
Occasionally, deliveries don’t go smoothly or take unexpected routes — especially if contactless delivery was selected. If you haven’t received your order but it was marked as delivered, please check around your property, mailbox area, and with neighbours or anyone who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
