Iso Drink 4Energy is formulated for endurance athletes who need an efficient energy source to maintain glycogen stores and essential minerals to stay hydrated during intense activity.
The drink combines three types of carbohydrates in a 2:1:1 ratio — maltodextrin, fructose, and dextrose — along with the 4Energy electrolyte mix, providing essential minerals in highly bioavailable tri-citrate forms to help preserve the body’s electrolyte balance.
THREE TYPES OF CARBOHYDRATES
Iso Drink 4Energy contains three types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin (glucose), fructose, and dextrose.
Your body can absorb around 60 grams of glucose and 30 grams of fructose per hour. Because glucose and fructose use different carbohydrate transporters, this allows absorption of up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
4ENERGY ELECTROLYTE MIX
Iso Drink includes the 4Energy electrolyte mix — sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.
Sodium is the mineral lost in greatest amounts through sweat during exercise. It is essential for maintaining proper water and mineral balance. Without sodium, nerve impulses and muscle contraction/relaxation cannot function correctly.
Potassium supports nerve and muscle function and helps transport nutrients into cells.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is also essential for proper muscle function.
Calcium is required for normal muscle and nerve activity.

Sienta bien en el estómago incluso en rutas grandes con mucho calor donde llenas varios bidones.
El gusto es suave, a mi me gustaría notarlo más, todos los que he tomado tenían más sabor.
A nivel de rendimiento es un producto difícil de saber evaluar, pienso que bien.

Producto excelente, funciona.
as hacer el pedido, marcaba enetrega entre 1-3 días. Tardó 11 días en llegar. Una pena porque el producto lo necesitaba antes y me tuvieron que prestar los suplementos.
