We all throw a magnesium "effervescent tablet" in the glass at some point. But if you're into endurance activity, just one mineral isn't enough. Activlab Electrolytes contain four electrolytes in equal percentages (sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride), which prevents both muscle cramps and body exhaustion.

During physical activity, we try to avoid dehydration - we drink more fluids than we would otherwise, but water itself follows the salt, or 'sodium', pathway. What happens?
