Ich warte schon seit zwei Wochen auf mein Paket und muss, wie ich gerade erfahren habe, noch weitere zwei Wochen warten, bis es zugestellt wird. Zu dieser monströsen Lieferzeit kommt, dass ich jegliche Updates zum Paket persönlich und telefonisch erfragen musste, da das Online-Pakettracking so überhaupt nicht funktionierte. Kundenservice war Katastrophe, Problemlösungen wurden gar nicht erst gesucht. Das geht bei anderen Lieferdiensten deutlich besser.
