In der Zutatenliste hier auf der Seite steht "Zutaten: Magnesium (Magnesiumcitrat, -carbonat, -oxid)..". Das bedeutet grundsätzlich, dass größtenteils Magnesiumcitrat drinnen ist, danach kommt Magnesiumcarbonat und am wenigsten ist dann Magensiumoxid enthalten.
Auf der mir gelieferten Verpackung (siehe Bild) steht am Anfang der Zutatenliste plötzlich "Magnesiumoxid" an erster Stelle. Das würde bedeuten, dass hier größtenteils Magnesiumoxid drinnen ist, was von allen Magnesiumformen am schlechtesten aufnehmbar/verwertbar für den Körper ist und dementsprechend auch extrem billig ist.
Nun bin ich verwirrt über die tatsächlichen Anteile der verschiedenen Formen, weil das einen großen Unterschied beim Qualität des Produkts macht.

Não consegui ainda comprovar benefícios(após 10 dias de toma) . No início senti alguma melhoria no sono, mas ultimamente tenho sentido uma alteração negativamente. Em termos de assimilação e estômago, nada a dizer. Treino todos os dias (1hr) com um dia de descanso/recuperacao.
