Hoi Hendrik Jan, bedankt voor je mooie review! De hoeveelheid per keer kan verschillen afhankelijk van je behoefte, maar 3 capsules wordt vaak aanbevolen omdat het een goede balans biedt voor de meeste gebruikers. Als je vragen hebt over de dosering, hoor ik het graag!

Bonjour, les résultats sont au rendez vous en tout cas pour ma part. Par contre le goût des capsules laissent vraiment à désirer. Le goût, mais juste la capsule serait à revoir.

Könnten auch einfach 400 mg pro Kapsel sein. Aber sonst gut vertragen und keine Krämpfe und kann gut schlafen.
