Training Bar 30 is a high-quality energy bar designed for top-performance endurance athletes who wish to diversify their carbohydrate intake.
Based on natural ingredients, such as dates and oats, this energy bar is a great source of energy for low- and high-intensity exercise.
Optimal carbohydrate ratio
Training Bar 30 contains 30 grams of carbohydrates in a combination of two fast-acting sugars, glucose and fructose.
It is based on the Nduranz Carbohydrate Ratio, a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose, which is scientifically proven to be the optimal ratio for the highest absorption without digestive issues.

Consume 1–2 bars per hour during low- to mid-intensity workouts. You can also consume 1 bar before your workout.
Note: Training Bar 30 contains some fat, fiber, and protein. These can slow digestion and can cause GI discomfort during high-intensity workouts. Because of this, we do not recommend taking Training Bar 30 immediately before or during high-intensity workouts. Fueling bars containing only rapidly-digesting carbohydrates, such as Nrgy Juice Bar 22.5 or Nrgy Chew Bar 22.5, are better choices for these workouts.

Anche nelle lunghe uscite im bici rimane morbido e non impasta la bocca... anche se si scalda nelle tasche posteriori rimane compatto! super consigliato
