Activlab Run & Bike Flex is a comprehensive formula supporting the arthrodial cartilage extracellular matrix in the joints, which can sustain damage during high intensity exercise and heavy physical exertion.The product is formulated with key ingredients to prevent joint and connective tissues problems: glucosamine (sulphate), chondroitin (sulphate) and collagen. Run & Bike Flex is a supplement intended for long-term use. Since ingredients acts synergistically a regular dosage of the preparation can reduce the impact that continuous physical activity can have on the joint and connective tissue problems.

• 300 mg Chondroitin Sulfate, which is needed for maintaining healthy cartilage structure and for cushioning the joints against friction and impact
• 125 mg Collagen Hydrolysate, used by the body for building and repairing connective tissue.
• 75 mg L-Methionine, an amino acid that promotes the development of cartilage
• 50 mg Ginger and 12.5 mg Turmeric extract reducing joint inflammation and soreness
• 40 mg Vitamin C, which is needed for collagen synthesis and for antioxidant support
• 5 mg Hyaluronic Acid, which acts as a cushion and lubricant for the joints and connective tissue.

Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals.
